Finder introduces the Type 80.01 modular timer with NFC technology
Finder’s 80 Series modular timer range expands with a new version with NFC (Near-Field Communication) technology
Finder’s range of modular timers now includes the Type 80.01.0.240.N000 – programmable using NFC technology.
Whilst maintaining the same characteristics as the standard version of the 80.01 timer (such as the same supply voltage range, rated current and size), it includes a number of additional features.
The most significant regards the trimmers, which the NFC version does not have, as its settings are managed through the Finder Toolbox app, available free for both Android and iOS. With NFC technology, which Finder already uses in its 12 Series time switches and Type 84.02 SMARTimer, you can program the device from your smartphone. Being digital, the timing is very precise.

The Types 80.01 and 80.01 NFC modular timers have a number of functions in common, such as:
- AI: On-delay
- DI: Interval
- BE: Off-delay with control signal
- DE: Interval with control signal ON
Functions only available on the NFC version of the Type 80.01 include:
- LI: Asymmetrical flasher (starting pulse ON)
- CEb: ON and OFF independent delays with control signal
- LE: Asymmetrical flasher (pulsing start ON) with control signal
