Thanks to the implementation of an advanced IoT system, the administrator and apartment residents can now monitor and manage energy consumption in an efficient, personalized way.
The main requirement was to monitor the energy consumption data of the 217 garages in a clear and accessible way for both the administrator and residents. This need arose from the desire to optimize energy consumption, and to introduce a flexible pricing system based on actual usage.
The solution involved the installation of 217 7M Series energy meters and 11 OPTA PLRs. An advanced and secure IoT system was created to collect real-time data and display the usage through customized dashboards. The system integration work included software set-up, matching and mapping of OPTAs on the cloud, and managing differentiated access to dashboards by user type. With the support of DNDG, a dedicated web app was provided for both the administrator and the residents.

This project is an example of how IoT technology can improve energy management and efficiency in multi-unit apartment blocks.
