Types 18.71 and 18.81 – New PIR movement detectors

The Finder 18 Series PIR range now has two new wall-mounted indoor and outdoor PIR detectors:

– Type 18.71 Adjustable indoor wall-mounted movement detector with automatic timing, rated 10 A 1 NO. Available in white (Type 18.71.8.230.0000) and anthracite grey (Type 18.71.8.230.0002).

– Type 18.81 Adjustable IP55 outdoor wall-mounted movement detector. Volt-free contact, with switching push button and switch-off delay timing. Available in white (Type 18.81.8.230.0000) and anthracite grey (Type 18.81.8.230.0002).

The new 18 Series movement detectors combine a minimalist and sleek design with great versatility. Both models have been designed to blend discreetly into almost any environment. They offer maximum precision, and can be used in almost any position thanks to their rotatable head.

Among the new features, the integrated self-learning timing algorithm enables advanced detection logic that not only senses movement, but also learns from the users’ habits. By analyzing data over time, the system is able to adjust the switch-off delay dynamically, by lengthening and shortening its timing – optimizing comfort and energy savings without the need for any initial settings.

Simplified wiring reduces installation time and ensures immediate, hassle-free assembly.
