The conservation of natural resources, environmental protection, and the reduction of climate impact are fundamental pillars upon which Finder bases its corporate culture. Driven by these values, the company has chosen to renew its commitment to the ZEROZEROTONER project.
ZEROZEROTONER was created to ensure the sustainable management of used printing consumables (such as toner, cartridges, and ribbons), and to offer concrete solutions for disposing of them. Behind this service is Berg Phi Srl, a leading company in office waste management.
The process is a perfect example of the circular economy: After collection, the toner cartridges are processed to extract elements for reuse, neutralizing the impact of toner dust while simultaneously regenerating the cartridge materials.
But it doesn’t end there. By providing its printing consumables waste, Finder actively contributes to a major global reforestation project promoted by PrintReleaf, which is committed to planting a tree for every Ecobox collected.
The daily use of paper in the workplace inevitably leads to a reduction in the planet’s forest resources. Thanks to this initiative, Finder is able to reduce its impact. The latest milestone saw the company contribute to the planting of 74 trees in California—an area at high risk of wildfires.
This is a commitment that continues over time. By joining the project, Finder has supported reforestation in Tanzania in 2023, in France in 2024, and most recently in California in 2025. Since the start of this partnership, the company has offset the equivalent of a total consumption of 1,233,284 sheets of paper, planting a total of 148 trees.
With the renewal of the PrintReleaf Certified label, Finder continues its journey toward ever-higher sustainability standards. It is a testament to a vision in which business and technological development grow hand in hand with reducing our impact on the planet, one tree at a time.
