How to protect your data
You can exercise data subject’s rights under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679) by submitting a request informally to the data controller Finder S.p.A.; please find below a form you can submit to exercise the aforementioned rights.
You can refer the application to specific personal data, to categories of data or to a particular treatment, or to all personal data concerning your person.
The data controller will provide a suitable response to the request:
- Without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request;
- That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. In this case, Finder S.p.A. will inform you of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request.
