New Finder filter fans – Type 7F.3X
New filter fans for outdoor enclosures
Finder’s new filter fans for ventilation within electrical enclosures located outdoors feature a polymer that is resistant to UV rays, and to various climatic conditions such as frost, severe temperature changes, wind, rain, and sleet or snow.
They are distinguished from the other fans in the range by their dust grey colour and by their Type 3R UL/NEMA rating against dirt and dust, which is in addition to their IP54 rating (according to EN 60529) – a feature common to all products in the 7F Series.
As with the other products in the range, these outdoor models have very low acoustic noise levels, various flow rates, and have an easily replaceable filter mat.
The Type 7F.3x fans are available in five sizes:
– Size 1 (92+1.0 x 92+1.0) mm
– Size 2 (125+1.0 x 125+1.0) mm
– Size 3 (177+1.0 x 177+1.0) mm
– Size 4 (223+1.0 x 223+1.0) mm
– Size 5 (291+1.0 x 291+1.0) mm
Complementing the outdoor range is a reverse flow version (Type 7F.31), which provides for the blowing of warm air out of the enclosure.
