Wiesheu’s professional in store bakery ovens include up to six levels for each baking program and the correlated introduction of corresponding humidity levels, necessary to ensure the optimization of certain types of cooking. To manage the articulated cooking method of the ovens, closely connected to the homogeneous and controlled increase in humidity, Wiesheu has adopted the Finder’s relays to control some specific componenets of the ovens themselves.
To guarantee the top performance of the fans that regulate the air inlet and outlet inside the ovens, the choice was to integrate the relays for printed circuit board (EMR or SSR) Series 34 and the mini relays with low profile for printed circuit boards of the 43 series. Finder’s relays are particularly suitable thanks to their ability to resist to a wide range of temperatures (between -40 ° and + 85 °), their nominal voltage of between 0.7 and 1.5 UN and the dielectric strength between the coil and contacts, equal to 4,000 V AC.
