Finder presents its new 78 Series switch mode power supplies

This represents important news regarding Finder’s 78 Series range, with the addition of new single phase, dual phase, and three phase industrial switch mode power supplies.

The single phase version comprises four models with varying power ratings:

• Type 78.J1.1.230.2402 24 V DC output, 75 W with adjustable voltage between 24 and 28 V, compact, with low standby power consumption
• Type 78.W1.1.230.2402 24 V DC output, 120 W with adjustable voltage between 24 and 28 V, compact, with low standby power consumption
• Type 78.X1.1.230.2412 24 V DC output, 240 W, with adjustable voltage between 24 and 28 V, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction)
• Type 78.Y1.1.230.2412 24 V DC output, 480 W, with adjustable voltage between 24 and 28 V, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction)

The dual phase version comprises four types of power supplies with different power ratings, a wide supply voltage range, and an auxiliary signal contact:

• 78.H2.1.440.2404 24 V DC output, 60 W, volt-free contact: DC OK, voltage adjustable between 24 and 28 V
• 78.W2.1.440.2404 24 V DC output, 120 W, volt-free contact: DC OK, voltage adjustable between 24 and 28 V
• 78.X2.1.440.2414 24 V DC output, 240 W, volt-free contact: DC OK, voltage adjustable between 24 and 28 V, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction)
• 78.Y2.1.440.2414 24 V DC output, 480 W, volt-free contact: DC OK, voltage adjustable between 24 and 28 V, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction)

The three phase version offers three different models that can be used in applications where maximum power is required, with a wide supply voltage range, and adjustable voltage between 24 and 28 V:

• Type 78.X3.1.440.2414 Output 24 V DC, 240 W, Volt-free contact: DC OK, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction)
• Type 78.Y3.1.440.2414 Output 24 V DC, 480 W, Volt-free contact: DC OK, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction)
• Type 78.Z3.1.440.2414 Output 24 V DC, 960 W, Clean contact: DC OK, double stage with PFC (Power Factor Correction), parallelable with the internal clock.

With the introduction of these new models, the 78 Series now represents a complete range of certified, versatile devices suitable for environments ranging from residential and commercial electrical panels, to industrial automation with high power requirements.
