COVID-19 Update. Finder UK: Continuity of operations

As always, the health and welfare of the Finder UK team is paramount to our organization. Whereas the majority of Finder UK personnel is working from home, the warehousing, picking & packing and dispatch team is exercising enhanced hygiene measures whilst practising strict ‘social distancing and segregation’ that goes beyond the current Government guidelines.
 
The company’s activities are vital to the supply chain and operations in critical and essential industries, as its products are used in many diverse sectors and applications including medical equipment, hospital equipment, biotech, testing devices and the food & beverage industry.
 
Thus, Finder UK will continue to supply goods, and provide commercial and technical support to its customers throughout the COVID-19 crisis.
 
Finder’s HQ, main factory and logistics centre in Northern Italy continues to ship goods, and production has now recommenced following a temporary shutdown.

 

 

Update as of 20/03/2020

 

Finder plc in Stone, Staffordshire remains operational for essential functions such as order processing, shipping and customer support. Our inventory levels are healthy for standard ‘stocked’ items.

We have introduced enhanced hygiene measures and social distancing in our offices and warehouse, a number of our team members are already working from home, and our external sales team is focusing on maintaining contact with customers remotely.

Our factory in Italy is currently on a two-week shutdown, but order processing and shipping continue.
