PURPOSES AND METHODS IN THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION The personal information freely provided by you, with your express consent, will be used for the following purposes: a) To provide you with the service previously indicated (hereinafter "Service") and freely chosen by you, and to enable Finder S.p.A. to carry out the survey relative to the service received. b) To provide marketing and/or promotional information and send you advertising material about products, services and other activities carried out Finder S.p.A., its sales network and companies belonging to the Finder Group. Processing of personal information for each of the above purposes will be carried out using paper, automated means and information technology and, in particular, by regular or electronic mail, telephone and fax. CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR REFUSAL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION You are always required to provide your personal information as any failure to supply data marked as "compulsory" with an asterisk will make it impossible to provide the service requested. INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCOSURE TO OTHER PARTIES The personal information collected when you register, can be used by persons assigned to handle such data, also third parties, in connection with the management of the Service requested and forecast marketing activities, as well as by the person or persons in charge of handling data or the entities to which such data is communicated as stipulated below. YOUR RIGHTS Pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003, you have the right to access your personal information and obtain, without delay, any updates or cancellation thereof, in case of use in violation of the law. You may refuse to allow use of your personal information for commercial or advertising purposes and request the complete updated list of all persons in charge of processing the data by writing to Finder S.p.A. - via Drubiaglio, 14 - 10040 Almese (Turin). Art. 7.
